A north facing townhouse with a view on to an Oxford college playing field this garden had a wonderful open aspect. The garden needed to be redesigned to adapt to the clients’ changing needs. A raised terrace made the garden more accessible from the patio doors bringing the house and garden together. A formal central lawn is surrounded by mixed perennial planting and a third area beyond includes a sunny terrace and additional layered perennial and shrub planting.
